Africa Will Be Transformed Through the Marketplace

One Million African Kingdom Entrepreneurs (1MAKE) was born from a single conviction: the transformation of Africa will not come from the pulpit alone, but from the marketplace — through believers who understand they are kings and priests, called to do business God’s way.

For too long, the African church has divided faith from work — treating Sunday as sacred and Monday as secular, the sanctuary as holy ground and the office as ordinary. That wall was never God’s idea. When Melchizedek, “king of Salem” and “priest of God Most High,” met Abraham in Genesis 14, he carried both offices in one person — authority and worship, dominion and devotion, held together. Jesus is the fulfilment of that order, our “priest forever, in the order of Melchizedek” (Hebrews 7:17). And through Him, every believer is drawn into the same calling: “a chosen people, a royal priesthood” (1 Peter 2:9).

1MAKE exists to tear that wall down — and to help African entrepreneurs step into who they already are in Christ.

Inspired by the teaching of Dr Francis Myles on the Order of Melchizedek and Dr Ed Silvoso on marketplace transformation, we are raising a movement of one million African entrepreneurs who carry God’s presence into their businesses, build wealth for His Kingdom, and transform their communities and nations.

We believe financial success is deeply spiritual — that God gives His people the power to create wealth to establish His covenant on the earth (Deuteronomy 8:18). Not wealth for status or greed, but wealth for purpose: to serve others, disciple the next generation, and advance God’s Kingdom across the continent.

This is not a networking club. It is a commissioning.

Our Vision. One million African Kingdom entrepreneurs — one million kingly priests — transforming the continent through Kingdom business.

Our Mission. To disciple, equip, and mobilise Christian African entrepreneurs to align their faith with their business, steward wealth for the Kingdom, and become agents of transformation in their families, marketplaces, and nations.

We do this by helping members shift their identity (from performance-driven professionals to secure sons and daughters who lead as King-Priests), deepen their covenant walk with God, exercise faithful dominion as stewards rather than owners, and carry lasting influence into every sphere they touch — economic, relational, generational, and cultural.

Our Statement of Faith & Values

We are kings and priests.  Every believer is a king and a priest after the Order of Melchizedek, called to carry dominion and worship into the marketplace. We minister before God on behalf of people, and among people on behalf of God (1 Peter 2:9; Hebrews 7).

Work is worship, and the marketplace is a mission field.  Our businesses are not a lesser calling or a mere means of income — they are altars and assignments. “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord” (Colossians 3:23; Genesis 1:28).

Financial success is spiritual.  Wealth flows by covenant — through sowing and reaping, honour and stewardship — for Kingdom purpose, never greed. We are trustees of God’s resources, not owners, called to create value, give generously, and be “rich in good deeds” (Deuteronomy 8:18; 1 Timothy 6:17–18).

Integrity is the container of lasting wealth.  Character carries what talent alone cannot hold. “Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much”; “whoever walks in integrity walks securely” (Luke 16:10; Proverbs 10:9).

Dominion means stewardship, not domination.  We take no territory over people. We expand God’s influence by embodying His righteousness, justice, peace, truth, and love — serving employees, customers, and communities, and leaving every place healthier than we found it (Genesis 2:15; Micah 6:8).

We build for generations.  True success is measured by what outlives us. We disciple future leaders, mentor those coming behind us, and leave a spiritual inheritance as well as a financial one (Proverbs 13:22; 2 Timothy 2:2).

We lead from prayer and the Courts of Heaven.  We seek God’s wisdom before decisions and secure breakthrough lawfully, by the blood of Jesus, overcoming “by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony” (Daniel 7:10; Revelation 12:11).
